★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boiler was faulty late night and Simon responded to my call and came over straight away. He diagnosed the problem and walked me through the issue in detail. He promised to come back first thing in the morning after getting replacement parts for my boiler. He was very helpful and respectful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will be using his services again!!
