★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed in the quality of cleaning at my house. The house was mostly clean already but I asked Paulette to go in and clean the floors, the bathroom and to spot clean. She quoted me $250 after viewing the house, which I thought was excessive for 1250 (vacant) sq ft but I accepted, and was expecting exceptional work as she was referred to me. When I got to my house I found the bathroom floors to be streaky (black paper towel photo) as well as the stovetop not even attempted to be cleaned, and grease on the counter tops. When questioned, Paulette's only explanation was that someone must have been in the house after them, which was not the case.
I wish I would have just done the cleaning myself as I know it would have been much better quality.
