Clark doesn't work for Clark; Clark works for you. We had the pleasure of working with Clark in search of our first home, and Clark had the pleasure of working with first time home buyers. Clark was so patient with us. We spent months attending showings all over the lower mainland. Clark was accommodating and worked around our schedule to ensure we were the first to view a home when it came on the market. He took notes when we changed our minds and wanted to start looking for something different (homes vs townhomes). He helped us work through the emotional rollercoaster that came along with buying a home. Clark is a very sincere, and genuine person. Clark helped me to buy my first home. Honestly I couldn't be happier. No pressure, took all my concerns seriously, he was always quick to respond when I needed to contact him, and helped to negotiate a fair price. The seller removed a high-end kitchen faucet after the showing, and replaced it with a cheap one. I noticed the swap after I moved in, told Clark about it and he quickly pushed the seller to hire a plumber and replace that cheap faucet with a proper one like I expected to have. Thanks so much Clark, you're going be my go-to when it's time to upgrade to a bigger space!
