I recently met him, perhaps after a gap of 7 to 8 years, what was wonderful to see was his sensible investing formula has not changed. There was no over-the-top sales pitch, just plain math. He himself invests the way he preaches, that's ethical business practice and it is of paramount importance.

S	Sheikh Moeen Akhtar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences in my life and very thrilling… I am not saying Ranjeet is unprofessional, but he is too much busy and not focusing towards his clients, not picking up the phone nor even replying to email or messages, his team is the worst one. I had my closing in March 2021 and subsequently moved to May 2021, I gave my case to Clarity Financial in Oct 2020 end or Nov 2020 start, they gave me so much hope to get the A lender and assured me that we will have solid plan no worries at all. One of the worst team members, applied in Scotia bank and wasted my 3 months, then moved to another bank and then another bank, guess what, time is 2 weeks left to closing and I got surprised that we will move to B lender, and we need to move closing date to further one week or so…. Can you imagine my stress and frustration level? My 80 k to builder was on stake, also it was assured to me that if anything happened, we can easily go to C lender to close the deal and we will see how to move you back to B or A lender afterwards. Anyways, I told them I will go to someone else to get my mortgage done, this cost me 1% extra for lending fee, also interest rate is higher than A lender to B lender, so total cost almost 15 K plus, Thanks to Mr. Ranjeet, appreciate you and your team help. I am not saying do not go to Clarity Financial, this is totally your decision. I will definitely not come to you anymore and never refer to someone.
