I bought a pack of 5 pre rolls and get home to open the box to find there is only 4 inside the sealed inner package. I called back right away and said i was going to be returning them for another pack. Only to have them call me as I'm turning off the highway to say that the manager had to be there for a return. I gave them my number and they said she would call me back the next day. 3 days later and I had to call back to have the "Manager" Brittany tell me they don't do returns and that I could only get a discount on another purchase. Why would I come back to buy more if I can't even get what I want in the first place? Like come on its called customer service and the customer should be getting what they pay for everytime regardless of whether the company loses money or not. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The store clerks have very little product knowledge and aren't even able to make suggestions or comparisons of product; furthermore the store manager Brittany is rude and unprofessional. I hate to steer anyone away from supporting local, but this local shop certainly should be avoided.

Someone in upper management needs to check how this store is being managed as they shouldn’t speak to customers like this. I’m sad to say I probably won’t return due to this which is disappointing as the other staff is lovely
K	Kellan Breen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Manager" doesn't know how to answer the phone or put items in stock for purchasing, I've tried to buy items that were there and couldn't buy it. Manager and the girl who works in the morning is extremely rude to customers and none of the staff is very knowledgeable. Moldy weed has been sold out of this location and usually was packaged over a year ago. Store is also very unorganized and hard to navigate as things are never consistent. If I could rate -5 I would as this is the worst dispensary I've visited in Kamloops.

The morning staff (who I believe include the manager) seem to lack knowledge, are cliquey, unwelcoming and quite rude. On the other hand, the evening staff bring a different energy to the store. They are knowledgeable, welcoming, and always engage in conversation. Recently when I went to the store they didn’t have what I wanted, but the worker named Lexi helped me find a similar bud to what I was looking for, as well as suggested other types of bud I’d probably like. 3 stars for the store but if I could rate Lexi she would get 5 stars. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and works with you to find what you’re looking for
