★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We submitted a Demo Request on their website and never heard back. I tried calling their phone number, which has three different department options: Support, Sales, and Admin. I tried getting through to each department and none answered - all were answered by voicemail. A potential customer should not have to try so hard to become a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With 15 plus years as a Business Analyst and Developer, I have never experienced such a lack of understanding for user needs, a lack of accountability, additionally a lack of professional courtesy.
This system has failed as far as I am concerned. Recently had a telephone conference on speaker with a technician at Basic Gov. RJ's manner of speaking was so unprofessional, staff was coming into my office to see who was speaking to me like this. After I politely listened to his insulting tone, I ended the conversation. My colleagues response was that person was inappropriate. What my colleagues do not understand, is this is the level of customer service Basic Gov delivers.
