Without the slightest doubt, Shawn is fully and completely competent in what he does. Shawns's report, about the house inspection was so detailed, and covered all the aspects of the house inspection. In his report, Shawn also included the estimate of fixing certain issues, which was great. I am pleased with his work. Thank you Shawn for the outstanding job appreciated.

High professionalism, straightforward communication and attention to detail. I was very impressed it was a 3 hour appointment.
He really cares about his work and his clients.
Shawn carefully inspected my house and pointed out all of the concerning issues. The next day he had a very detailed report supported with pictures and comments. I highly recommend Shawn it was a very eye opening and positive experience.
