★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a medical receptionist and when I did my course, one of the main things we need to do is be NICE and POLITE, this is the quality I have NEVER EVER seen in the receptionist that work at CLAREVIEW MEDICAL OFFICE. I really think the owner should replace them because they don’t have good english skills and are really rude and I think they don’t know words like: Thank you, please, you’re welcome, how are you, good morning/afternoon, have a good day, etc. And there is a lot of waiting time and that the clinic is always running behind their schedule, I’m pretty sure that’s because the receptionists don’t do their work right and on time. The doctors were seemed quite nice though. It’s just the receptionists that really disappoint and dissatisfy me. I really hope that the owner reads this review and makes some changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally agree with Catherine's review. The receptionist just doesn't have good communication/people skills. Other than that.. it was a very long wait to see a doctor.. when there were only me and one other person in the waiting area. But doctor I seen was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called about seeing a doctor the receptionist seem very polite and more than willing to help me. Being a new patient to the office I was told I had to first be a walk in (during 10am - 12pm). The next day I walked in shortly after 10, and after speaking with the receptionist I was take directly into a room to see the doctor. He performed an assessment quite promptly. I will definitely be going back to this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was booking an appointment because she had to get a sick note to give to work. the receptionist had asked my mom why she didn’t book the appointment before... my moms just started feeling the pain how was she supposed to book before? is she from the future where she would know that she’ll have pain today? no she is not. the receptionist have zero manners. talked very rudely and then cut the call while my mom was saying thank you. like????? the disrespect is unbelievable and i might just take my entire family and switch over to Dr Sandhar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for Friday i went to the office and they were closed. Didn’t give me any notice or anything. He just gives a simple solution to everyone to eat an apple or orange like how does that help. When i call for appt they book it for a week after like bro my foot is hurting now not the following week. Office is a joke!
