Very rude staff. A woman that was supposed to sign us up for a ride started arguing with my friend about the way to sanitize hands and when my friend eventually used the hand sanitizer the woman wanted, she just stated she would not let us ride and was not willing to compromise, so we had to leave. Frustrating. ——- I unfortunately cannot reply to the comment of the owner, so I’ll just add my thoughts as a continuation of this review. Thank you for sharing the details about this situation with everyone here. However, your last paragraph just proves how unprofessional your team is. Both my friend and I would have the guts to tell you something inappropriate in English rather than stating it in Russian if that was our intention. If you don’t know the language very well, don’t make unreasonable assumptions please, nobody there said anything inappropriate to your team in any language.

Absolutely amazing service! I went with my daughter, and she was nervous.. (as this was her first time being so close to a horse) And the staff were so kind and helpful! They instantly eased her (and dare i say mine!) nerves. The horses were also very cooperative and well trained, especially sweet Jane. On the trail everything went smoothly. Albeit the horses did stop every once in a while to feed on grass, but the moment you pushed them a little they'd stop and instantly continue the trail. Superb scenery, we even came across a few young deer only a few feet away! Very patient staff and calm, obedient horses. 10/10 service, would come again, my daughter and i really enjoyed it. 100% recommend this ranch to newcomers.??

My girlfriend and I went on a trail ride today and had such an amazing experience! Olivia and Chris (I believe that was her name) were also absolutely amazing and so kind. Chip and Jane were amazing sports lugging us around. The scenery was beautiful as well. Definitely going back! Highly recommend even for beginners who’ve never ridden a horse before ☺️

The staff could be more welcoming. I got shouted at by Isabelle and overall wasn’t feeling welcomed and happy. My horse ride was fun and I was the only one along with my guide on the trail which was cool! Thank-you Clairville ranch! Hope to return!

The staff are not friendly at all. We went there as a couple and they split us during the ride!! Common!! It's not like we were a group of 4-5 people that you couldnt arrange to have them ride together, splitting a couple is just lack of customer service and empathy. They are not accommodating at all. The registration lady is so mean to people, asked us to wear mask in open area and when i told her scientifically there is no point to wear a mask in an open area when people are at least 9-10ft apart, her response was "our property, our rules"!!! You could say it nicer with more respect, especially i just asked a question because of your exceptional rules! (First time ever i saw a business asking people to wear mask in an open are while people are on horses and they are so far from each other. What's the point?!!) I went there with my girl friend and we asked them several times that we want to ride close to each other, but they didnt care at all and said the horses should go with a certain order, so we ultimately rode very far from each other. However, in the next ride i saw that our horses, Sugar and PW, are assigned in the queue right after each other, so basically they could let us to ride together but they simply didnt care. What's the point of coming there with your friends if they are going to assign you on horses randomly!! The ride was ok, but i'd prefer to have more freedom to ride my horse, at least exercising some left, right, stop, accelerate commands. The actual ride is about 30minutes. The ride is super slow and your horse does the whole job in following the front horses. Friends and groups are not riding together, so the ride is very quiet and of course staff dont try to make it fun. They probably dont have any competitors in the area otherwise with this attitude of staff this business couldnt survive by now. Initially i wanted to give it 1 star, but when our ride was done, one of the staff took a picture of me and my girl friend, so 2 stars. (See, just a small gesture of respect and customer service can go a long way) I won't try it again in this Ranch and I won't recommend it to my friends.

Been here three times. The first time we’ve a bad experience because of a misunderstanding with the staff members. The second and third time we had a wonderful experience. It’s such a relaxing trail ride and a great escape from the city.

Amazing experience! There were a few variations due to covid - first come, first serve basis along with breakfast not being an option. This wasn't a problem with us at all and may have very well changed in light of everything slowly opening back up. We arrived on Saturday at 9AM and were introduced to our horses by 10AM. The area is huge, so you can always take some time to roam around with your partner/friends. The ride itself was also great, we went through a few meadows and forests. Make sure you keep all loose items in your pockets or car, because backpacks were not allowed. Great experience with beautiful horses.

Claireville Ranch is a great place for first or second time riders going on trail rides. Trail rides start every hour but be there 30 minutes before for registration. We got there at 2:45 on a Saturday but they managed to still get us in on the 3pm trail ride without a minute to spare. Each rider was $50. They accept exact cash and card. We rode horses Kansas and Karma and were together on the line. We were on the horse for an hour total and the trail ride lasted about 45 minutes. The hour included basic instructions on how to ride a horse and picture taking. Wearing a camera and taking pics during the ride is not allowed. Also, secure your belongings because they warned that we won't stop for anything dropped in the trail. We enjoyed the trail ride and were more focused on riding the horse than sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We found great value in this experience so I gave it 5 stars.
