★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in on Monday night, had no problem getting my ears pierced. Was free of charge if you bought ear rings. Didn't hert a bit. Yery satisfied. Will be back for more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t go back there again my daughter picked a toy and when I went to pay for it they said my card doesn’t work even though I just used it at Columbia
And after Claire’s Fiasco I took my family to the cheesecake store in the same outlet with no problem with my card ! I found them rude and inexperienced I’ll never go back there again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love going to Claire's. They have such fun inventory! They also used to have exciting prices....ex. 5 items for $10. Lately, however, they have become quite expensive and their "deals" are a joke. I'm so disappointed. The only reason they got any stars from me is because they do still have fun products.
