I’ve shipped musical equipment and studio furniture with them of which has never been damaged, and has always arrived on time. They also have a policy where if anything of yours is damaged during transit, they will replace it on their behalf: so I don’t have to have any worries in my mind while shipping valuable cargo. Seems like they have some negative reviews on here from the time there was a major death in the family (of this family run business that’s been running for 40 years) and they had new fill in management while the family was in a mourning period. With over 3000 active clients along Powell River, the Sunshine Coast and Vancouver, there’s garaunteed to be some shipment delays due to weather and desolate towns, but this honest and reliable company isn’t afraid to hide their slip ups. With the Long family and friends back in control of the company expect high quality service without a worry of your cargo and goods. I can’t recommend them enough.

I've also had them ship a rush after hours and they guaranteed it would arrive on time. As promised they delivered. performance really is their guarantee. If you need something moved from Vancouver to anywhere on the Sunshine Coast this is your company.

I'm sitting in Ontario and I was referred to City Transfer by a known large transporter . From the initial call -Theo took the time to let me know of the usual practice and times to ship , Kyle looked after loading my boat and trailer ahead of schedule to meet with my transporter at the other end . I encountered a small problem but was rectified by the excellent customer service by Tony . So to sum it up it was excellent and basically Sudden Service from start to finish . So Super Uber Service is all I can say - use them with confidence! Excellent - Excellent - Excellent . They are a T.E.AM. of professionals . Together - Everyone- Acheives - More . And it shows .
