Laurent and the other sales staff were extremely helpful in guiding us through options and explaining the pros and cons of various wood stoves. Initially, we chose a Jotul 500 but realized on the day it was to be installed that the sizing was not going to work due to our chimney position. The installation team (Matthew, Pierre-Alexandre, and Mike) were very understanding and helped explore potential solutions. After some discussion, we realized that we'd need to change the model of wood stove and selected a Morsoe 7110. Two days later, the new stove was delivered and installed. It's perfect. We're very happy with the service at every level and most of all appreciate Cite du Feu's help in finding solutions. Very highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice variety of high-quality grills and a huge selection of fireplaces, electric, wood etc. They also carry Lumber Jack wood pellets which are pretty hard to find in the region, as well as a nice selection of BBQ sauces and rubs. Service is good, I was there about a minute before someone offered their help. Note: the checkout is all the way to the left side of the store.
