d	denis aubertin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les gros ordures sait le ramassage hier le 1juin et bien les ordures des autre monts été ramaser les miennes encore sur le trottoir la je comprends pas pourquoi elle sont encore là??? The big garbage knows the pickup yesterday on June 1 and well the garbage from other mountains was picking up mine still on the sidewalk I don't understand why it is still there ???
b	bianca chouinard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible de communiquer avec le service de l'urbanisme dans cette ville...pas possible de parler à personne au téléphone, pas possible de se rendre sur place pour parler à quelqun et aucun retour par courriel. Aucune ressource. Impossible to communicate with the planning department in this city ... not possible to speak to anyone on the phone, not possible to go there to speak to someone and no return by email. No money income.
M	Martin Masse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai rarement vu un systeme municipal aussi déficient.. J'ai reçu une contravention de la route. pas de problème. J'ai tenté pendant des semaines de payer mais la ville me dit qu'elle a du retard à entrer les contraventions dans le syteme. pas de probleme. 4 tentatives en 6 semaines, toujours pas entré. Ils entre la contravention le 7 janvier et un jugement est émis pour non paiement le 15 janvier !! Ajouts de frais bien sur.. Mais quelle administration pourrite et inefficace !! Un gros zero. I have rarely seen such a broken municipal system. I got a traffic ticket. no problem. I tried for weeks to pay but the city tells me that it is late entering the tickets into the system. no problem. 4 attempts in 6 weeks, still not entered. They enter the ticket on January 7 and a judgment is issued for non-payment on January 15 !! Addition of costs of course .. But what a rotten and inefficient administration !! A big zero.
J	Jennifer V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- La collecte des poubelles s'effectue une fois par mois et ce 8 mois par année. 2- Impossible d'avoir une subvention pour les couches lavables comme on peut voir dans d'autres municipalités. Voir point 1: on fait quoi avec toutes nos vidanges? 3- Les accès aux plages et donc aux parcs de la ville sont interdits à partir de la fin août. On paie des taxes, mais on ne peut pas profiter des espaces vert alors que la température est encore clémente pour un pique-nique ou autres activités. 4- Pas moyen de pouvoir parler à un être humain lorsqu'on appelle à la ville. Apparament qu'ils sont tous en télétravail. On doit se débrouiller seul sur leur site internet même si celui-ci est deficient et nous interdit certaines actions qu'on devrait pouvoir effectuer en temps normal. 1- Garbage collection is done once a month, 8 months a year. 2- Impossible to have a subsidy for washable diapers as we can see in other municipalities. See point 1: what do we do with all our oil changes? 3- Access to beaches and therefore to city parks is prohibited from the end of August. We pay taxes, but we cannot enjoy the green spaces while the temperature is still mild for a picnic or other activities. 4- No way to be able to talk to a human being when calling in the city. Apparently they're all working remotely. We have to manage alone on their website even if it is deficient and prohibits us from certain actions that we should be able to perform in normal times.
j	joe joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les squatters du chemin du lac azur Apres avoir deposer nombreuses plaintes a la ville de st-agathe depuis le printemp 2020 a deux admistrations rien n`as changer. Nous avons des squatters qui vivent comme dans un pays du troisieme monde. Cabane delabree sur un terrain vacant devant le numeros civique 5711, chiens errant, brulage des poubelles dehors incluant des plastiques qui sentent mauvais, pas de fosse septique etc..La ville n`as jamais repondus a nos plaintes! Azure Lake Road Squatters After filing numerous complaints to the city of St-Agathe since the spring of 2020 to two administrations, nothing has changed. We have squatters who live like in a third world country. Dilapidated cabin on a vacant lot in front of civic number 5711, stray dogs, burning garbage cans outside including smelly plastics, no septic tank etc. The city has never responded to our complaints!
