★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this pool for an artistic swim competition in 2022. A nice 8 lane 50m pool with separate fun leisure pool and water slide. Easy paid parking that is free on Sundays. Also, the pool is a short walk to the Coquitlam Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I go here for aquafit classes, which we really enjoy. The instructors all vary but we have one on Thursday that we love, she keeps it super fun and different each time, which is awesome! The facilities themselves are okay, not the tidyest in the change rooms by any means, and the showers have been cold the last 5x we've gone which has been rough, especially during winter, plus their shower heads are broken half the time. The wave pool is smaller than others but still decent, although sometimes it's so packed it's not worth even trying to go into. There's only one (small) hot tub, but we've never experienced it because everytime we're there (even at 8pm / 9pm), it's backed Shoulder to shoulder... No thanks!
It's nice that they have lots of different things going on at once, from laps open, to lessons, to classes, to water polo. And love how they have different areas, both inside and outside the pool, to watch for parents etc. Staff is also friendly and informative.
Would definitely be 5* if they had more hot tub space, and cleaner change rooms and better showers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facility overall, but doesn't have enough accessible change rooms. The pool area also has terrible sound muffling and is extremely loud. The hot tub is small and has no ramp access. For a pool that boasts about being accessible, it was very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice lap pool, wave area and shallows for the kids; has sauna, steam room and hot tub. There’s also a slide for all ages and drop-in is only $2. Kickboard, floaties, and pool accessories are free to use. The diving board and deep end was closed when we got here. Mirella and the young guy at the front who checked us in were nice. Came back after an hour as they were at capacity earlier!
Less stars for the rude Caucasian brunette at the front desk with condescending tone at 5:20pm for telling me 2x to wear a mask. I just came out of the shower / women’s washroom and was already putting my mask on as I was leaving.
It’s ok to nicely remind people instead of loudly saying “you need to wear your mask in the change rooms and waiting area.” I know, am vaccinated, but the tone was uncalled for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the most inefficient sign in system I have seen in response to Covid. Despite having shown my vaccine passport over 20 times now, I am still required to wait in line to have staff scan it each time.
Can you please let people who have already shown all proof of vaccination just scan themselves in? This morning it took 15 minutes to simply scan in because three people before me were signing up for memberships. This is really inefficient.
Other than this, friendly staff and nice facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool and my 4yr old loves it. I'm not sure but I feel like the chlorine sees higher than other pools. Washing clothes and hair has to be done twice and the smell still lingers. The family showers could use an updating. Otherwise, an excellent pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to swim and enjoy aquatic leisure activities. Though, it was built almost a decade ago when the city's population was considerably less than this of today's. The hot tub gets so crowded at times that it surpasses its capacity and people don't feel comfortable. The shower water temperature is a concern most of the time, usually it is cold and rarely hot.
