s	stevi lilley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Circle K today around 8. Me and the kiddies wanted slurpee's. I noticed my slurpee aas leaking from the rim. So I put 2 extra cups under hoping to stop the leak instead of throwing it in the trash. I didn't want to waste it. I proceeded to check out. The older man working their asked why. I explained. He said I'm going to have to charge you for them. I said seriously? He replies with everything cost money dear. So I proceeded to take off the 2 extra cups and placed them on the counter. I should add that I had previously been licking the rim of these cups and my slurpee was still dripping everywhere. This man is going to wash these cups and put them back on the shelf!!!!!! That is so beyond disgusting!!!! And a huge health concern!!!!!! I just recently moved to Bowness and I will never be back to this Circle K again!
N	Nikole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced a horrible incident today at 4:30PM with an employee. My husband called to figure out a solution with a gift card that did not work. The employee proceeded to get angry and ask my husband if he was his slave. Proceeded to curse and swear at him it was extremely uncalled for. My husband was not rude in any way and was just looking for a solution as they sold a faulty gift card. After all these years I will never support macs in Bowness again. That was a horrible comment to make when my husband was being respectful and getting advice on what to do with the card because in fact it didn't work. When you go and spend money on something you expect it to work and when it doesnt you expect the employees to be respectful and help you find a solution.

My roommate called and asked if they had a product, his response was to yell and curse her out. When we went down and found out they didn’t have the product, we expected at the least an apology from the employee, Raja, but he immediately tried to justify his behaviour and refuse to apologize or see how his actions had affected us. Very disappointing in the service, would rate 0 stars if possible.
J	June Bug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unimpressed with the lack of professionalism by the cashier #12 today July 2nd. He yelled at me and interrupt several times. I tried to remain calm but am embarrassed that I allowed him to feed his negativity towards me and bounced it back by the end of the conversation. I told him that's not how you speak to women and he just yelled at me. The conversation was simply about a transaction that he didn't do properly and was yelling that my transaction was declined, yet he couldn't produce the receipt that proved it was declined. Second attempt and the transaction was approved - clearly because my card didn't decline to begin with. Instead of being polite and respectfully saying that the mistake was on his part, he yelled at me that it wasn't approved, attempting to embarrass me infront of other customers. I won't be going back to this store for anything ever again. I'm appalled at his demeanor. Is this how employees should speak to customers? I think not.
