★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is extremely rude and hostile. Literally screamed at me to shut up, because I pointed out that I had asked for regular sized cigarettes not King... I don't care if they are close in cost, you don't get to make that decision for your customers. I will not return to this store. I would have understood if he had tried to upsell to me once, and acted like an adult when I said no. Instead I got to watch a grown man act like a toddler who needs a nap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there today and the manager had no mask on, which wasn't the big concern as he was behind the plexi glass at the time. What concerns me is that he is noticeably ill as he was sniffling and rubbing his nose with his hands. He is giving tickets and handling money and passing on his germs to others. He's not using a kleenex to wipe his nose which is disgusting. I'm not sure if this store has sausages or any other food that has to be handled but this is a big health issue which I will be reporting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three of us went in to get tickets for the 70 M $ max tickets and next day noticed we were all given 649 tickets. When I phoned to complain he said we should have checked to make sure he was giving us the right ticket before we left the store. I can only assume since he gave us all 649s when we all asked for max, that it was done on purpose for whatever reason. How many other people got the wrong tickets without even knowing, thinking they have their tickets for the big lottery. Just lucky my friend caught it while we still had time to go out and get our tickets. Very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older guy that works there is extremely rude and talks bad about his customers behind their backs when they’re not paying attention or after they leave the store very childish! Shouldn’t be working there he complains about smallest things ever like cashing in 3-5 winning tickets.also looking at everyone’s reviews think he should be fired and heard today he’s the store owner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bad experiences, of the two Macks in town their slushy machine breaks down the least. Im not sure why they decided to use regular straws instead of the proper ones with the spoon end and why you have to pay first before you get your straw.
