★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un peu déçu… c’était ma première fois là-bas. Elles m’ont dit d’amener ma perruque 2-3 jours d’avance. Et quand j’arrive à mon rendez-vous c’est au même moment qu’elle préparait ma perruque (Bleach etc..?Pourquoi demander de l’amener en avance si c’est pour la préparer le jour même ? De plus elles demandent de ne pas mettre de produit dans nos cheveux. Mais j’aurais pensé qu’après avoir tressé mes cheveux elle aurait ajouté de l’huile. Mais non !! Donc mes cheveux sont resté sec ? Ce qui est du service à la clientèle ; en ligne c’est parfait… mais une fois sur place, à peine si on te regarde. J’étais debout en plein de milieu de la pièce à attendre qu’on s’adresse à moi… Elles restaient à parler entre eux, ce qui me donnait l’impression d’être de trop dans la pièce.
 A little disappointed... it was my first time there. They told me to bring my wig 2-3 days in advance. And when I arrive at my appointment it's at the same time that she was preparing my wig (Bleach etc.. ? Why ask to bring it in advance if it's to prepare it the same day ? Moreover they ask not to put product in our hair. But I would have thought that after braiding my hair she would have added oil. But no!! So my hair stayed dry ? What is customer service online is perfect… but once there, you can hardly be seen. I was standing in the middle of the room waiting for someone to speak to me… They stayed talking to each other, which gave me the impression of being too much in the room.

My hair was really thight had to take it off
+ She was breaking my hair while detangle it I lost hair
never coming back!!!Learn how to take care of hair (little advice)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing weave. Cindy was super quick, professional and my hair came out better than I expected! The woman in the next chair got a lace front that looked BOMB as well. Fair pricing too. Lovey atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Irons was on the floor. No safety and hygiene at all ....those ladies need to learn the basic in the hair business. If they like this field I encourage them to take classes.
Please clean your entrance door its look like an abandon place.
