CIMT College - Brampton Campus

Unprofessional staff and ill mannered, writing this from core of heart ,these people are so greedy and they don't know what is business days means, I requested refund of my enrollment fees within two business days , Purwa and Anudeep greedy ladies started attacking me with harsh and rude words. It is my hard earn money, Karma will teach you lesson. Pathetic service , ((Reply to CIMT response - Miscommunication is not right word here ,your Manager Anu and Purwa was not even communicating , I kept emailing and calling for refund Anu and Purwa was not ready to give refund and ignored my request even when I was right. Humble request , Please don't do this with anyone else in future (I got my refund when I complained about your College and services to Private career College Branch, Ministry of Colleges and Universities )

**UPDATED FROM THEIR RESPONSE** Joined CIMT College back in 2020 I believe, for the PSW (Personal Support Worker) course. I have to say it was a terrible time, (( the online courses with my Professor was great! If i could give him a rating alone it would be 5 stars! )) HOWEVER, the college staff at the Brampton location, were by far the most unprofessional, unmannered people Ive ever met. Ive never been so disappointed. Most of it stemmed from the constant harassment for course payments, even though every single payment was made on time and according to how they wanted to receive the funds. Then the lack of communication when it came to Placement, it was very delayed, back and forth, sending me to a place, where the staff wouldnt train me, and told me I should be prepared for it, to getting hit, bruised and scratched by patients, and blankly “forgetting” to inform me of the certian way to log my hours for Placement and ALMOST making me start over. No once did the staff/management of Brampton CIMT apologized for their actions, neglect and the LACK of respect to a PAYING student. There are MANY other stories to be told over how wrong the staff are. But its not worth anymore of my breath. ________________________________________________ SEVERAL weeks to ever get any response from CIMT. Regarding ANYTHING Incorrect, i was not giving a sponge bath, i was assisting a feeding! Yes its MY JOB as a PSW. ButI was NOT being paid to be there, I was a LEARNING STUDENT, that got NO lab hours or training PRIOR to the placement! NOT ONLY THAT, that placement setting was under the impression I WAS FULLY TRAINED AND THEY LEFT ME ON MY OWN. DO NOT try and slander my name, ALL of my Payments WERE ON TIME. You even admitted to your faulty systems and lost emails. Even after thr fact I finished, I got endless calls for more payments WHEN I FINISHED ALL PAYMENTS. And refused to give me my diploma until the payment was made!

This place is excellent for me to get diploma, My teacher Pinak Oza is really very experienced and teaches very well, easily understandable. All staff of CIMT good treats very well.

Nidhi was amazing and provided me with all the information I needed and more. She took her time to explain and if she was unsure she was willing to go the extra mile for me and obtain the right information and connect back with me. Nidhi was patient, understanding and accommodating. Im looking forward to starting my course with CIMT and knowing that the staff are very helpful gave me more confidence that I made the right choice for registering with them. ****update**** 23 April ‘22. I got my refund and an apology about delay so changing my review to 4 stars from one (though I feel I’m being generous with the stars). I could also have forgotten to change the review for months like them but what would be the difference in me and them then? Dishonest College, They’ve been telling me for months now that they’ll process my refunds but I haven’t received it CAD300+ I have contacted them many times i get same response. Third class service!

Well I have to say that as a first time college student at CIMT college I am grateful for the education I am receiving from my instructor. The staffs are very nice to talk too and very helpful when in time of need. Oh! I even got my free laptop from the college, and that made me very happy. Thank you!!
