★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After I changed my mortgage to a new bank and my financial advisor dropped me, I experienced non stop issues with frozen accounts online and after complaining to the branch manager she promised to follow up with it but never got back to me. This bank caused me a considerable amount of time attempting to fix my frozen accounts and changing all my banking to a new bank after none of my issues were resolved. Do not use this branch or CIBC in general!
