They book the appointment just to take your money while they know they are incompetent to deal with children and will refer you to a specialist right away without trying to do their best and will charge you $140 for assessment fee.

Getting an appointment was really easy and they worked out a time that fits my schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **Be Aware Before Booking Appts For Your Kids**
My family has been a client of Churchill Smiles Dentistry. I booked the initial assessment appointment with them for my 4.5 year old son. On the day of the appointment the dentist could not do the initial assessment due the lack of their expertise in regards to dealing with small kids and the dentist said she can't perform the assessment as my son is too small to understand her directions. The dentist referred us to a specialist to do the assessment and whatever procedure is required to be done. (As a matter of fact the specialist and other dentists didn't have any problem doing the assessments and X-Rays)
Now I have two complaints;
1) If the dentist can't deal with small kids then they shouldn't be booking such appointments in first place because I did mention my son's age when I was booking the appointment.
2) While the dentist couldn't do the initial assessment but they still charged me for the full amount ($140) for the appointment. Following the dentist's referral, I took my son to the specialist and the specialist charged me another $135 for the initial assessment which I had to pay from my pocket because my insurance allows only one assessment per 6 months.
I did call them and talked to them to waive me back my money for the service they have not provided and the receptionist said she will talk to the dentist and will call me back. She didn't call me back so I called them again after three days to find out and the receptionist said the dentist won't waive me my money.
If Churchill Smiles Dentistry wants to make it right and don't want to loose 4 clients then they need to pay my money back otherwise I will looking for another dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the wife and kids in today and we all had a great experience. My daughter who’s always had a problem with dentists had two cavities filled and claims she didn’t feel a thing.? Dr. Adil & Armita are really good with kids and truly masters of their profession.
