★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle had his truck with this guy and first he was told 4 or 5 days he will have it back and then after 8 days still nothing. This guy is hard to get ahold of and finally got the truck today and it’s now the third week. He kept stringing my uncle along. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this guy at all.

The first time he fixed our truck it took 3 weeks to get it back. We drove it for 1 month to the day and the transmission completely failed. Left stranded on a highway for 5 hours and a 3 hour ride home later, Tow bills cost $800 between the truck and the RV. Not to mention the added costs of expenses incurred by the inconvenience. He stood behind his warranty but took another month to fix our truck. Got it back and he informs us that there is something wrong with our computer as his scanner was not picking up our vehicle make and model so he used the codes showing for a Dakota. His scanner is out of date or faulty. Took it to another garage and the computer is fine and they had no problem scanning our vehicle. We also did not receive any proof that he used the new parts that he says he used to fix our truck the second time.
He was asked to at least cover the tow bill of $550. for the truck. Still refuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished up having my transmission rebuilt at chucks shop, my whole experience was fantastic, chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on the rebuild. Not too mention was very accommodating and was able to give me a lift back home. Defiantly recommend this shop and will be back with future vehicles if the need arrises!
