Certains employés expriment leurs préjugés et leur mépris envers les immigrants ouvertement.
De plus, la charge de travail est extrêmement lourde pour les infirmières.
Les résidents sont en danger dans ce "milieu de vie".

The staff are very down to earth or even poorly educated.
Some employees openly express their prejudices and contempt for immigrants.

They where not rude because your question was in english, the are rude in French too. The are just rude because they are syndicated government employees that are not scared to loose their job if they dont treat the customer correctly. Just thought you should know
