★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping here for 20 years & I love this location! Today, a cashier in cash #2 beside the express cash #1 really upset me. She declined to cash me out, because she said that I needed to go to to the “express cash” Yet I was next in line, and instead she took on another costumer - couple right behind me. I lost my place in line. I have never seen such stupidity and bad costumer service as today. I’m calling the head office as soon as they open tomorrow! The manager of the 460 Renforth Drive Chris’s No Frills needs to give this lady a lesson on costumer service. She worked on cash #2 - shift around 6:15pm on Monday, April 11th, 2022. I didn’t get her name, but she was over 50 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat section is always half empty. The fruits and veggies are old. Selection is very low. Every other No Frills I've been to is so much better. These guys need to step it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is price matching and couponing such trouble here at this location? The older cashiers tend to get irritated when I mention to price matching for basic items and takes them a long time to process the transaction. It makes me feel embarrassed to be holding up the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a tinier No Frills than a few others I've visited, but still has alright selections for the demographic that visits. Cashiers can get pretty slow. At certain times in the day and week, it could get really chaotic here and lines may get ridiculously long. It gets so long, that it flows into the aisles and freezer section.
During the pandemic, they've recently removed their single-line funnel to the cashier lines (which was pretty efficient and organized at this location). They have the arrows on the floor that no one really follows anymore. Also, they do a good job at keeping everything stocked. Employees are very nice to jump on your request if you're looking for something in particular!
