★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris is impeccable at his job. It’s clear to me that this agent actually cares to find you the home YOU want. He didn’t try to sell me something more expensive than I asked for and is blatantly honest about the homes he’s showing me. I feel I can trust his opinion unlike other real estate agents I have worked with who just wanted to get the sale done and over with, and who were most of all not honest about the condition of the house they were showing me. Even though I was not ready to buy for 6 years, Chris continued to send me homes to look at that fit my budget and needs. I have no doubt he cares and does this for pleasure more than anything else.
