The hakka style food is quite tasty and the service is prompt and friendly. There is a greater level of professionalism than one normally sees in restaurants in this area. The owner appears to have a high standard of service and the restaurant is extremely clean and very comfortable. There is an unfortunate television set at the back which really should be removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup was delicious and well prepared. It was not watery and we had veggies/meat in every spoonful we had. The sizes shown in the pictures are small soup. Fried rice and General Tsao chicken were good too. Very generous portions for two people. Service is great and the server is very friendly. Taking out one star as General Tsao chicken was kinda sweeter than usual and had more gravy which was not a dealbreaker. It could be better. Will go there again to try other stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Hakka in this area! I've tried China Palace as well but Chopstick Cuisine is far far faarrrr better!! My fav here Veg Hakka Chowmien, hot and sour veg soup and manchurian with gravy. Evrytime the food tastes the same...I have been a regular customer for the last 7-8 years. The owner is very sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is clean and well organised.
The staff were welcoming, respectful and kept checking on us if we needed anything.
The food has been great and of high quality (a bit on the spicy side), so if offered a chance have it mild, unless you're into the very spicy variety.
Unless one is coming for their regular lunch deals, the prices can be a bit high, for example the shrimp fried appetizer costs around $15.
You are given the customary free Chinese fortune cookie at the end along with the bill as an indication of its time to leave :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for lunch, there is an economical daily menu which offers soup, main and drink which really is filling. The restaurant has a large seating capacity and yet very smooth functioning.
The staff is courteous and do their best to make your experience worthwhile. Great place for large groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are customers of this restaurant from last more than 13 years but still the lady at the counter doesn't know how to treat her customers. Food quality deteriorate a lot and most of all the behavior of the lady is VERY VERY RUDE. I have decided not to visit them anymore but her brother is very polite and always apologize for the error but the lady start arguing all the time. So I'm done with them I don't care if people five them five starts or seven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Chopstick Cuisine since Johnny and his sister took over back in 2009. We live in British Columbia and I often raved about the food to my wife. We happen to be here in the area and took my family for dinner. I was recognized warmly right away! We ordered the Lollipop Chicken, vegetable hot and sour soup, Manchurian chicken chow mein, Chili chicken, sesame beef and mixed vegetables with Szechuan sauce. First of all, I have eaten at pretty much most of the Hakka Restaurants in the vicinity as well as the handful of Hakka restaurants in the Vancouver area. Chopstick cuisine without a doubt serves the highest quality and tastiest food. The service tonight was warm and welcoming as usual, not just for our table but for all the diners and the food was piping hot, fresh and so flavourful. As it has been some time since I’ve had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant, we remarked as we saw the food coming out to other tables as well as ours, that the portion size is more generous than we are used too. I wish that this restaurant was near where we live as it would definitely be one of our go to options. I look forward to the next time I can dine here again. They truly deserve 5 stars
