c	cole snell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome fishing. Nice beach for the kids though a little crowded because it's shared with chitek and pelican camp sites. Didn't check out the golf course down the road.

L	Lijah Behnke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d never been to Chitek Lake before so I stopped in coming back from Northern Saskatchewan to see what the provincial camp grounds were like. Park is on the small side but absolutely beautiful. People were extremely happy to answer any questions I had about the park. I would however not want to have the lake view sites as they were not shaded by any means. When I book (and I will be booking) I will be sure to get a spot that is 2nd row or further going towards the north. The town seemed to be a very nice place to go walk through. I was thinking at first that this was a hidden gem but obviously it’s not hidden as there was camper after camper headed that way as I was leaving town. The only bad thing about this place was the highway to get there. I sure hope the government will give highways some money to fix this highway. It’s up there as being one of the worst I’ve travelled on. All in all - it’s a beautiful place to visit! Worth a checkout!
J	Judy Lopinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelican campgrounds were not clean, cans all over playcenter area. Ladies bathroom didn't work, when fixed, the toilet still didn't flush properly. Always out of toilet paper. Large bathroom had no hot water, very unclean, toilet paper out often. The garbage bins outside were not emptied all weekend, garbage overflowed. Fire pit was full of garbage when we arrived, unable to burn due to fireban. Showers were not walking distance and had no water pressure. Also no parking available at showers
S	Stephanie Bear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camped here for 3 days with my family. It was really nice and clean and quiet. Has a beautiful beach with a playground and flush toilets in the change room. The showers were clean and very nicely renovated. All in all it is a wonderful place to camp; we would definitely come here again!
D	Dave T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Nice location, lots of friendly people, beaches are nice, good fishing, nice boat launch, garbage cans emptied regularly, grass was nicely mowed. Cons: Lots of seasonal and long term campers with no regard for the rules, cars parked everywhere often blocking the road, no parking at the service centre to shower, so if you stay at the west sites you can’t drive to the service centre (tough if you have small children or are limited mobility), bathrooms weren’t cleaned very frequently and were quite gross at times, other campers made adapters to tap into power behind the panels at electrical sites to power non-electrical sites. Edit: Appears to be a theft problem. Our dog lead and some spare blocking was stolen from our site while we were in the water.
