Le Dr Roy est le seul chirurgien oculaire au québec à avoir bien compris mon « problème ». Très humain, j’ai manqué mon premier rendez-vous sans avoir avisé et on m’a donné un RV la semaine suivante sans me facturer. J’ai voulu payer et ils ont refusé. Par contre, j’aimerais que cette clinique soit située à Montréal. Je ne comprends pas qu’une telle clinique aussi chevronnée et à la fine pointe de la science soit située à Trois-Rivières. All of the clinic's employees provide us with an exceptional customer experience. Dr. Roy is the only eye surgeon in Quebec to understand my "problem". Very human, I missed my first appointment without notifying and I was given an RV the following week without being charged. I wanted to pay and they refused. However, I would like this clinic to be located in Montreal. I do not understand why such a seasoned and state-of-the-art clinic is located in Trois-Rivières.

Comme la correction de la presbytie n'était pas là à l'époque, je prévois bientôt l'opération pour la lentille intraoculaire et je retourne assurément là. Mon amie avait fait la même chose dans les mêmes années et elle, la lentille est déjà faite et tout a bien été. Je suis très contente d'avoir ce spécialiste dans ma région. Merci d'être là! I had an operation there over 15 years ago for my eyesight. As the presbyopia correction was not there at the time, I am planning the operation for the intraocular lens soon and I am definitely going back there. My friend had done the same thing in the same years and her, the lens is already done and everything was fine. I am very happy to have this specialist in my region. Thank you for being here!

H	Helene Masse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout à fait insatisfaite. Rendez-vous pendant la pandémie (25 mars 2021) normes plus ou moins respectées. Aucune chimie avec cet endroit. J’ai payé 100 $ pour ça ? J’ai demandé un remboursement, on m’a répondu que le 100 $ était pour l’examen passé. Aujourd’hui 30 mai, je n’ai pas reçu le résultat de l’examen. Completely dissatisfied. Rendezvous during the pandemic (March 25, 2021) more or less respected standards. No chemistry with this place. I paid $ 100 for it ? I asked for a refund, I was told the $ 100 was for the exam taken. As of May 30, I did not receive the test result.
D	Duo Duo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai déjà eu des rencontres avec deux autres cliniques de chirurgie dans la région de Montréal, mais ici pas de rencontre (C'est rassurant). Vu la distance et la disponibilité, on me propose d'aller voir un optométriste local pour l'examen. On me dit aussi au téléphone que si je veux en connaître plus sur leurs chirurgies et lentilles, d'aller consulter leur site internet (C'est rassurant). On me rappelle pour me dire plein de choses, dont, vous venez pour des cataractes? (euh... non. C'est rassurant), que je ne verrais RIEN de près avec des mono-focales (??? pardon? RIEN?), que finalement ça va me coûter 8,200$ pour des multi-focales (Me donne t-on vraiment le choix?). À ma question sur les halos (une chance que j'étais au courant de ces halos parce qu'on ne me l'avait pas mentionné. C'est rassurant), on me suggère d'aller sur Google et on me donne gracieusement les mots que je dois taper pour faire la recherche. Pardon ? Google? C'est sérieux là?! Vous n'avez rien à démontrer su sujet de ces halos et lentilles? Et c'est sans compter que la dame n'aime pas se faire couper la parole... Le tout pour une opération permanente à MES yeux et à ce prix? J'aurais un meilleur service pour m'acheter un ordinateur à 1000$. Quel service de... ! Given the distance and availability, I was offered to go see a local optometrist for the exam. They also tell me on the phone that if I want to know more about their surgeries and contact lenses, to consult their website (It's reassuring). They call me back to tell me a lot of things, including, you come for cataracts? (uh... no. It's reassuring), that I wouldn't see ANYTHING up close with mono-focals (??? sorry? NOTHING?), that in the end it's going to cost me $8,200 for multi-focals (Me do we really have a choice?). To my question about halos (luckily I was aware of these halos because they hadn't been mentioned to me. It's reassuring), I was suggested to go to Google and I was graciously given the words that I have to type to do the search. Sorry ? Google? Is that serious?! You have nothing to demonstrate about these halos and lenses? And that's not to mention that the lady doesn't like being cut off... All for a permanent operation in MY eyes and at this price? I would have better service to buy me a $1000 computer. What service from...!
