My life is better as a result of my treatments. What else needs to be said? I only wish I knew about this clinic before. My back and neck were in pretty bad shape. My quality of life is at a level that I didn't think I would have again.
More trustworthy / competent people you will not find. There is genuine care for you and your issues. They do set an example for others to follow.

Dr Fitz is very knowledgeable and his methods are 100% backed by science (he always starts his treatments by taking x-rays, analyzing them and explaining you the likely reason of your discomfort); the exercises provided were also extremely helpful. The team is very friendly and the location is great too (I never had issues to find parking within 200m of the clinic). 5 out of 5!

The treatments have helped immensely; I feel vastly better now than I did when I started going in for treatments. I cannot recommend Optimum enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient for around 20 years. Dr. Fitz has helped me with many sports injuries, neck pain from a car accident and low back pain. Dr. Fitz cares about your health and always gives helpful health advice.
The typical visit at this clinic is very professional and punctual. You are greeted by very nice staff in a very clean office. You will be seen on time. Dr Fitz will see you and ask if you have any particular issues, then treat you and you will be feeling better and getting on with your busy day. Like a Swiss watch. If you value your time and your health this is your clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Staff, super friendly and very professional. Dr. Fitz is the best and is very knowledgeable. He really cares about you. I recommended a friend of mine to him and my friend has been to a lot of chiropractors and physio's who werent good and my friend thanked me so much, he never met such an honest chiropractor that cares. I highly recommend this place. I've only had about 2-3 weeks of sessions with Dr. Fitz and I already feel a difference!
