★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst court of the land, next to the smithe st disease. I'm gonna try and see if I can give no stars? Anyway this idiot court said it was fine for bailiffs to damage my home back in 2009.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chilliwack Court staff made two major errors in the processing of my case. Errors and later comments so serious in nature they suggested political interference in this supposed independent judicial process. The proceeding was not transcribed. I was informed by staff that if I tried to record the proceedings that I would be arrested and my recording device would be confiscated. The appointed judge did not let me present my case, and refused to answer my questions. He and the opposing government lawyer laughed at my misfortune, and seemed to enjoy the entire process! It was a travesty of justice in my opinion. My followup complaint regarding the entire matter I feel was deliberately mishandled, and went absolutely no where. I no longer have faith in our judicial system based on my 100% negative experience. Chilliwack Court Services was a massive waste of time and money in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ civil registry does not answer phone. call multiple times in the span of 2 hours and not one answer. called a different department and asked if someone was working and they told me "they don't answer phones because they are busy at the counter or at their desks".. last time I left a message with them they got back to me the next day... learn to answer your phones, there may be urgent questions people are calling you about that need an answer the same day.
