★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember how excited I was to work for a company that had great values. It’s all a lie. I got fired for not getting tested/vaccinated. They wanted me to pay for my own testing while I was already part time, then fired me FOR CAUSE when I refused! I’ve been in this field for 15+ years and NEVER have I ever been fired for something so atrocious. They could have given me leave but chose to let go one of their BEST employees. And for CAUSE. I did nothing but refuse to give them my health information. Wanted to test me, but didn’t want to test the vaccinated employees or families coming into the centre, therefore leaving me at RISK! CDRCP is the worst company I’ve worked for in my decade + of working in this field. Families are great, management discriminates. Never have I been treated so unfairly.
