★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon calling tonight to place an order for delivery I was told the order had to be a minimum of 25$. I offered to pay their delivery fee plus the 25$. I only order a donair (9$) and a cheese bread 6$. A total of 15$ dollars for just food. I do not understand how I choose to support local and even offer to pay over the minimum charge and still receive this service. I don't recommend this establishment anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure about this place? The pizza was fine. But we ordered a deep dish half & half, the menu said extra $2 to make it half & half. When my wife picked up order it was $40, it should 30.75 plus tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that answers the phone barely speaks English and really struggles to take an order. The 2 Donaire’s I picked up today had onions and tomatoes when I specifically said just sauce and cheese. There was Barely any Donaire meat.Very frustrating will not be ordering Donairs from this restaurant again. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $60 for 2 large pizzas they arrived 45min late and were so soggy we at one slice each and put the rest in the fridge where it stayed until we threw it out the next day. Disgusting rip off and a waste of our pizza and movie night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza to be delivered from this restaurant and the woman who spoke broken English said it would be about 45 min. After we had waited for 75 minutes, I called back to see why we had not received the order. I was told that they don't deliver here. I have had pizza delivered to this address on numerous occasions from this restaurant. I have always paid in full with a tip. This is very BAD customer service. I would suggest that people quit getting pizza from here since the owner says it will be delivered and does not have the decency to tell the customer otherwise. The least they could have done is called and said they were unable to deliver. I know I will never get anything from this restaurant again and I will be contacting head office about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Got #27 deep dish. It felt like it weighed 5 pounds. The crust was so light and fresh. I wanted melted garlic butter to dip it in. Seriously the best pizza I have had in Alberta so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious!! Ordered Mr. Universe deep dish. Best pizza we've eaten in a very long time! The crust was amazing. Perfect crunch and definitely held the piles of toppings! We were 1st time customers and will be back!
