★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Chestermere Law for a house sale and were promised proceeds in the bank April 28th. When it didn't arrive we assumed there were just minor delays and that we would see it the next day. When it didn't show up our friend at the bank dug into it for us and it turned out that Chestermere Law hadn't requested the info from the bank until the 25th. The bank tells us that the usual turn around time is 2 weeks. Our friends at the bank expedited the process and got our proceeds deposited by the end of business. During all of this I contacted Andrew Keirstead who accused the bank of lying to me, laughed at me, and was sarcastic when I was expressing my concerns. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a lawyer, or any business for that matter. I would expect a response such that Andrew gave us from some 20 year old retail store clerk, not an educated professional.
