If you need something repaired she is on it right away and works to have repairs done in a timely fashion. The building looks inviting to all guests visiting residents in the building. We can be proud to call this building home.

I was very impressed at how clean the building was and all the covid 19 measures in place. I spoke with the superintendent and was extremely pleased talking with her as she was very polite and very helpful. I asked her to put me on the waitlist as I am thinking of moving to the area. Thank you.
N	Nick Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived there for a year before buying our first home. The building is always clean, hallways vacuumed and stairwells swept. The landlady always keeps the front of the building looking nice with flowers and the lobby is nice and clean. Very well numbered parking spaces and parking for visitors. Our apartment was nice too, newly renovated with new appliances, new cabinets new flooring, very clean washroom. Ours was a two bedroom with very good sized rooms with a nicely laid out kitchen, dining, and living room. Balcony’s are nice and well maintained. The land lady is awesome, very good to deal always going above and beyond what we asked in a very timely manner. The building is surprisingly quiet with a lot of really nice family’s and others living there. Garbage at the back is clean as can be, with weekly pick up keeping it tidy. Overall the best experience one could want moving into apartment living.

She is very kind and professional and always greets you with a smile. She is approachable and always makes you feel like your concerns are important. She never stops working and makes you feel as a tenant that you really matter. Great Job Karen!!! Your hard work does not go unnoticed by quite a few of your tenants. Keep up the great work !!!!????

The units are newly renovated with beautiful wood laminate floors and tile. Fresh kitchen and bathroom cupboards and fixtures. High ceilings, large windows and pretty views. The Resident Manager, Karen Ibbitson is on site and incredibly friendly, organized and professional. She keeps the buidling very clean, addresses issues promptly, and is very personable. The laundry machines were just replaced with a convenient debit method of payment. The rent is fair and residents are a nice mix of ages. Karen also keeps the outdoors and garbage / recycling area very neat. Anyone approved to live here is lucky.
