★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered personal cheques and paid for 3 business day delivery. A week later got notification that package was delivered. I never received the items. Called Canada post and after an investigation they couldn't find it. They told me to contact cheques plus and give them the file number so they can resend the order. After contacting them several times I gave up. Terrible customer service. Their attitude was that they shipped it and and the fact I never received the order is not their problem. After 1 month I went to my credit union and closed the bank account and ordered cheques through the bank for a new account. Turns out the credit union was cheaper than what I originally paid. So basically 1 month of spending hours with customer service and Canada post and nothing to show for it. Would not recommend. Also the bank told me that several of their clients who ordered cheques online have had the same issue.

Easy to choose/order, at a quarter of the price my bank would've charged me.
Received them fast and they arrived not damaged by transport (excellent packaging).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a painless order process and I saved quite a bit of money by ordering cheques through Cheques Plus rather than directly from the bank. The order came in on time and exactly as seen on the screen when I ordered them. The site was easy to use, change and add info as needed. Good experience.
Just a disclaimer - I very rarely give 5 star as I believe there is always room to improve.

I do have 2 suggestions & a comment.
1) Instructions on your website for US-based bank checks would be helpful (I had to call)
2) A top-tear-off binding option for duplicate cheques (in addition to the - default - left-tear-off binding) My old checks were top-tear-off.
3) All the cheque duplicate papers were marked (with what looks like a machine pressing or roller) which mars them & will make the duplicates more difficult to read unless one makes note to press down very hard when writing cheques.
