★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great potential based on location. The playground is good for a wide age range, which is nice. But there’s a ton of wasted space, mostly due to the poor quality of the field/mud pit. The off leash dog area is fantastic, but in certain times of the year, it becomes a swamp. It could really benefit from a sports court or some kind of paved feature that can resist the weather better than the grass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is updated and they also changed the fence that was in front and made it so you can walk into the park from 3 different entries rather then walk all the way to the main sidewalk or jump/climb over the wood fence.
But forewarned that there is a lot of very soft muddy grass surrounding all around the playground and in the off leash dog park.
I highly recommend not wearing your favorite shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for the kids and the animals for a walk the community around is extremely friendly.
Try and avoid it during heavy rain days or bring some good rubber boots with good traction. The grass becomes a muddy and slick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated public park, tucked in a residential area off Lincoln Dr. Good playground structure for older kids and a mini structure for tots as well. Lots of swing options available. The rubberized ground is great for kids and crawlers. As of Aug 2021, still some fencing up but playground is fully open and complete. No public washroom and only street parking available.
