★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly managed building . No onsite building manager. Random people knocking your door. Dirty and stinky parking lot and laundry room. Just avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my damage deposit and billed me for an additional $3,000, due to damage to the carpets that were there when I moved in. And all this after being the perfect tenant for over 6 years. Lawyer recommended that I just pay, as I moved out of Alberta.
Avoid renting from them. You've been forewarned!
