OPEN CLASSES - We know you’ve been missing spending time with others sharing a meal, maybe at your favourite restaurant. Our classes will allow you to create a meal you might not attempt on your own along side a bunch of like-minded people looking to learn. We will walk you through the process in real time with the opportunity to ask questions, and will provide all the resources you’ll need to shop, prep and participate in a fun night IN.

I always thought I hated duck - until I cooked it Chef Joey's way! The classes are so much fun, and a great way to spend time together, instead of just sitting on the couch watching TV.

Chef Joey's personality and charisma were as colourful as the amazing NOLA tacos we made. The food was amazing...even cooked by ourselve. Both were wonderful, and the dinner and the treats were all delicious! I highly recommend Chef Joey's classes.

We are ALL extremely grateful to have met Chef Joey and glad that we were able to partake in such a wonderful activity and experience. He made our cooking class as educating, entertaining and inspiring as could be. Chef Joey not only masters cooking, but he also has a great sense of humour and will not hesitate to shoot a few jokes and make everyone laugh. The athmosphere is just awesome and I recommend 100% !

There was a moderator to help with the lesson and he had more than one camera set up. This made it much easier to follow along. The shopping list and instructions sent out before the class were super helpful.

The hosts were engaging, inclusive and have a terrific sense of humour…lots of laughs along the way… Chef Joey is openly passionate and super knowledgeable about cooking and knows how to have a really good time along the way. Our dishes all turned out beautiful and sooo yummy! I’ll be back for more definitely?
