Il m'a expliqué tous les règlements, les conditions et les contraintes à la réalisation de mon projet d'agrandissement domiciliaire. Extrêmement courtois et professionnel. Ça mérite d'être souligné. I went to the permit department and the inspector on duty, Luc Trudeau, was very welcoming and helpful. He explained to me all the regulations, conditions and constraints for the realization of my home expansion project. Extremely courteous and professional. It deserves to be underlined.

I dealt with the department that delivers permits and had excellent service by knowledgeable, efficient and courteous people! Bravo! However the City should ensure payments can be done online or by Interas transfer.. We are in 2022 and checks &cash are no longer used by most people. Toutefois toutes les formes de paiements (permis, Loisirs, etc) devraient pouvoir se faire par virement Interac ou en ligne par virement, comme pour les taxes. En 2022, il y a (presque) plus de $ comptant et de chèques. I dealt with the permit service and the staff is attentive, courteous, efficient, quick and full of good advice! Well done! However, all forms of payment (permits, Recreation, etc.) should be able to be made by Interac transfer or online by transfer, as for taxes. In 2022, there is (almost) more cash and checks.

The one with the cement blockers and giant blinking light to state there is a crosswalk Here, yeah not only did multiple politicians drive through without letting me cross . One of their children in the backseat gave me the finger . So all in all you can see the lack of respect for the people that pay your taxes
D	Dean V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ City does nothing, no urban planning, branch pickup once or twice a year, yet lands are average 7000 sq.ft. streets are a mess, taxes are high, no pet control. You can't shop here, no incentives to attract businesses. Most projects fail or move on to better managed cities.

The mayor is an ignorant and truly vile non human. The city is run for the benefit of union employees and not taxpayers. Never move here you will regret it. 0 stars. Thumbs way down.
