Mon père s'est senti en sécurité chez vous et par le fait même, sa famille aussi. Continuez votre bon travail. Thank you to all the staff at the recidence montcalm who knew how to take care of my father with lots of little attentions throughout this pandemic, despite all the constraints due to covid. Très bonne écoute de tout le personnel réception, cuisine, soins infirmiers, conciergerie, activités, administration. Personnel souriant voulant aider les résidents. Bravo Chartwell Le Montcalm continuez votre bon travail. My father lived at this residence. Unfortunately he had to be relocated because of his state of health. Very good service at this establishment. Very good listening to all reception staff, kitchen, nursing care, concierge, activities, administration. Smiling staff willing to help residents. Well done Chartwell Le Montcalm keep up the good work.

Tout est à proximité en se dépaçant seulement à pied: supermarché, pharmacie, boucherie, pizzeria, etc. L'autobus nous amène à Montréal en 25 minutes et nous y n'allons plus jamais en voiture. Aussi, en quelques minutes nous sommes au bord du Saint Laurentet dans un beau parc. Notre appartement au dernière étage est bien configuré et très éclairé. Avec 8 fenêtres notre vue est belle et nous l'apprécions depuis le lever du soleil jusqu'au coucher. Everything is nearby by moving only on foot: supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, pizzeria, etc. The bus takes us to Montreal in 25 minutes and we never drive there again. Also, in a few minutes we are at the edge of the Saint Laurentet in a beautiful park. Our top floor apartment is well set up and very bright. With 8 windows our view is beautiful and we enjoy it from sunrise to sunset. Greetings Ursula

Nous avons un nouveau directeur qui es incroyablement près de ses résidents, très impliqué et sincèrement intéressé à notre bien-être avec une facilité d’approche très appréciée. Une mention spéciale à notre super animatrice que j’adore Carolanne. Quelle boule d’énergie, qui prend son travail et les résidents à cœur. Elle a une très belle carrière devant elle ?. Arrived for about 8 months, I am enchanted by this place. We are safe and the staff is always in front of us. We have a new director who is incredibly close to his residents, very involved and sincerely interested in our well-being with a much appreciated approachability. A special mention to our super host whom I adore Carolanne. What a ball of energy, who takes his job and the residents to heart. She has a great career ahead of her.
