I had never had acupuncture therapy before and I didn't know what to expect. I found it was very relaxing and afterwards I felt different in a "much better" sort of way that is hard to describe. In the days that followed my first appointment, I had noticeably more energy and lost 2 pounds at least! That alone made me want to go back! Charmy was also able to help me with other things I didn't know she could help me with. She does massage throughout the appointment as well. Her massage skills are superb! I am really picky on massages and Charmy does not disappoint! I would recommend Charmy to anyone!
Another bonus is that she is very knowledgeable on Chinese herbs. Love that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! Anything that bothers me, Charmy can heal. Whether it is a sore muscle, an injury or even cosmetic, she can treat it accordingly.
Charmy listens to your problems and determines how the placement of the needles would be best. She is very friendly and professional as well. Always has recommendations for stretches and nutrition. Highly recommend!
