★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having the Famous Pickerel Fish Dinner at Charlie's (or Bannon's as the locals call it, which is the connecting gas bar) is a tradition for my family when I visit Thunder Bay. They have a full menu of other items, but I have never tried them as I can't pass over the pickerel. Highly recommend.

While the flies were slightly bugging us on the patio but that is a part of the nature that we came there for! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going here to eat because they serve all day breakfast. The portions are great. The server was super attentive and kind. I love that they offer bacon, sausage and fried bologna. Fried bologna is so good with breakfast.
I've also had the pickerel dinner from here and it was so scrumptious. Highly recommend the BIG BREAKFAST AND PICKERAL DINNER.
