She helped me to get the mortgage even on working visa, and I tried to get it from another brokers and they could not, but I was waiting already for two years for Permanent Residence and we did not do anything wrong, She just did a great job for me and I really appreciate it and she got the best rate for me this is second reason why I am so happy with her job!)
