 Beautiful large chalet, very comfortable for 10 people, good reaction from the managers for a planning error, I recommend.

Very clean, don't expect a standard pool table, it was small and wobbly in poor condition, but the remains ?

Plusieurs choses dans le chalet ne fonctionnaient pas ou étaient brisées dont voici la liste
- la fonction Bake du four ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avions prévu de se faire des pizzas et nous avons dû en commander à la place.
- le foyer ne fonctionnait pas
- 2 toilettes sur 3 étaient brisées. L'une d'elle au rez de chaussée était bruyante car elle coulait constamment nous avons dû fermer son entrée d'eau et la chaine de la chasse d'eau de la 2e au sous sol était brisée.
- le spa ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons parti quand nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir et il n'a jamais atteint plus que 93F. Nous avons tenté le samedi aussi mais même résultat. Nous louons un chalet à chaque année et d'habitude lorsque nous arrivons le vendredi soir le spa est déjà à bonne température et prêt à être utilisé. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter du weekend
- l'internet était super lent
- le chalet sent l'humidité
- le chalet a une porte commune avec le chalet voisin et on m'avait dit que le chalet était bien insonorisé mais c'est complètement faux. On entendait très bien ce qui se passait dans le chalet d'à côté par la porte commune.
Je trouve inacceptable qu'on puisse louer un chalet dans cet état. De plus, je n'ai jamais eu de retour des propriétaires après leur avoir communiqué les nombreux problèmes. Vous nous avez perdu comme clients
Very disappointed with our stay
Several things in the chalet were not working or were broken, here is the list
- the oven's bake function was not working. We planned to make pizzas and had to order some instead.
- the fireplace was not working
- 2 out of 3 toilets were broken. One of them on the ground floor was noisy because it was constantly flowing, we had to close its water inlet and the chain to the flush of the 2nd floor in the basement was broken.
- the spa was not working. We left it when we got there on Friday night and it never hit more than 93F. We tried on Saturday too, but the same result. We rent a chalet every year and usually by the time we arrive on Friday evening the spa is already at the right temperature and ready for use. We couldn't take advantage of the weekend
- the internet was super slow
- the chalet smells of humidity
- the chalet has a common door with the neighboring chalet and I was told that the chalet was well soundproofed but this is completely wrong. We could hear very well what was happening in the chalet next door through the common door.
I find it unacceptable that we can rent a chalet in this condition. In addition, I have never heard back from the owners after communicating the many problems to them. You lost us as customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, hosted already twice there. Clean chalet, very nice owner. Plenty of place around to visit and explore radially. We hope to be back more, have to explore winter here.
