Le chef a été imaginatif et les repas étaient excellents. Tout était bien préparé et très goûteux, nous avons eu droit à un 4 services. Vous nous avez accueillis avec chaleur et vous avez mis en place des mesures d’hygiène afin de nous mettre en sécurité, je vous lève mon chapeau! Encore merci à vous et au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt! Passez une agréable journée ? We had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend. It was an extraordinary team who received us despite the pandemic who rose to the challenge brilliantly! The chef was imaginative and the meals were excellent. Everything was well prepared and very tasty, we were treated to a 4 course meal. You gave us a warm welcome and you have put in place hygiene measures to keep us safe, I take my hat off to you! Les sentiers pédestres étaient accessibles. Par contre il nous a été impossible de faire du pédalo malgré la belle température chaude. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. Liked our stay very much. Roger the evening waiter at the room was great! The room and common areas were very clean. The food is delicious. The hiking trails were accessible. On the other hand, it was impossible for us to ride a pedal boat despite the beautiful hot temperature. I recommend this place without hesitation.

La seule chose qui m'as dérangé c'était un dégât de café qui n'avais pas été nettoyer lors de mon arrivé dans la chambre. Le dégât était sur le bord de la fenêtre (Chambre 202). Mise à part, le personnel travail fort pour rendre l'expérience exceptionnel. C'est sur que je recommande l'endroit et risque d'y retourner l'année prochaine! I stayed there on the weekend and really enjoyed the experience. The only thing that bothered me was a coffee damage that had not been cleaned when I arrived in the room. The damage was on the edge of the window (Room 202). Other than that, the staff work hard to make the experience exceptional. It is sure that I recommend the place and may go back next year!

Le chalet est bien équipé. The place is beautiful. The chalet is huge, the rooms spacious and very clean. Each room has its own shower and a few have baths. The chalet is well equipped.

Mais il y a d'autres chambres dans le complexe qui doivent répondre à ce besoin. Very nice place with lots of summer and winter activities. The rooms are large, well decorated. No access to the chalet for people with reduced mobility But there are other rooms in the complex which must meet this need.

I can not get over how beautiful and serene it is. If you are looking for relaxation, fresh air and the beauty of being outdoors. This place is for you! The food was outstanding. I felt like we had our own personal chef cooking for us every night. Everything was always cooked to perfection. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful and the fact that you have your own little balcony with the water views all around you is spectacular! We had an issue for 2 nights, which we made the reception aware of and they went above and beyond for us to rectify the problem. The staff here are highly trained and definitely know the value and meaning of top notch customer service. I can not wait to go back. This place is a piece of heaven on earth. I am forever going to love this place! Don't wait and book a night or 2 or 3 here if you ever get the chance!
