★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet des années 1990, upload par ligne téléphonique, download par satellite, plus qu’un appareil sur le Wifi : inutilisable (si vous avez avec vous des moins de 25 ans….)
Aucune activité au chalet, donc, amenez vos jeux de société (sauf si vous aimez jouer au PacMan ou le billard).
De plus, vérifiez bien sur Google Maps… Une fois rendue la bas, vous avez pour 15 minutes de chemin de gravelle avant de vous rendre au chalet, qui est au plus profond des creux…
Et, même si vous prenez l’extra pour le ménage… Planifiez une journée pour faire le ménage, car ils vous chargeront des extras sur les extras…
La dame responsable du chalet m’a écrit : j’ai retrouvé un chalet sale et décevant !!!
Il s’agissait de la vaisselle propre non sortie du lave-vaisselle, etc... Comme si nous étions des cochons sans nom! Je suis profondément indignité de cette situation!
N’eut été du manqué total de courtoisie et le ton de la personne avec laquelle je fus en contact, notre avis aurait pu être légèrement adouci…

The lady in charge of the chalet wrote to me: I found a dirty and disappointing chalet !!!
These were clean dishes not removed from the dishwasher, etc ... As if we were nameless pigs! I am deeply unworthy of this situation!
Were it not for the total lack of courtesy and the tone of the person with whom I was in contact, our opinion could have been slightly softened ...

Tout y est! l'accueil personnalisé, un site unique véritable havre de paix en plein coeur de la nature mais avec le confort d'un 5 étoiles!. Cuisine super équipée, décoration splendide ou chaque détails a été pensé pour se sentir mieux que chez soi. Nous reviendrons assurément ;-)
We spent 3 magical nights at the Refuge des Amoureux! What a great experience. Everything is there! the personalized welcome, a unique site a true haven of peace in the heart of nature but with the comfort of a 5 star !. Super equipped kitchen, splendid decoration where every detail has been thought to feel better than at home. We will definitely be back ;-)
