Been taking my 330ci here ever since I purchased it. It had a rather neglected maintenance history. Been addressing various leaks and keeping up with regular maintenance ever since. My car drives like new thanks to the shop! Fantastic work as usual.

Staff clean presentable so is work area safe,
After briff phone call to acceptence vehicle for diagnostic did have vehicle towed in Not by recomanded Rusty towince becouse there were uneble to conprehand adress given and there after hanging up on my with word F. U competition thank you Sir.
O.K. lets get to the point
above vehicle
cloged muffler and catalic converter,
engine protection mode,
crack brocken dipp stick on coolonat condenser
brake with out power converter.
basic translation buy new car for $12 300 canadian dollars we will charge you.
after paying for diagnostic politely ask what would be cost for head gasket replacement.
Instantly interupted by little uninteligen boy,: we are not going to work on your car.
This is my thank you for not being interested ,
and sending All new customers to another place.
be warned your car will be reposest with in 5 day's read fine print
use Extreme cosion dealing interacting with individual named { L } bed reputation and flagging BMW company name.
did I mention last year spend 6 month in Germen car manufacturing
plant size of 21 football field. take it from me do not go there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the rear brakes done on my 2019 330i from here to save a couple hundred on labour. Despite being quoted 860$ after tax and they confirmed, I ended up paying the exact same amount that the dealership had offered. Job was done well but you could take it to BMW instead too for the same cost.

They have always been reliable and provide fast turn-around times, even when I had to get my car towed to them on short notice. I’ve been bringing my 2005 3-series here since 2019 and it’s in better shape than before. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for the best place to take care of your BMW.

I recently purchased one of their cars which was traded in from the previous owner. Chris helped me through the entire process and was incredibly professional, honest, and polite. The BMW I purchased had been serviced at CG for the past 11 years, which shows the positive relationships CG has with clientele. The car is absolutely mint, coming with full documentation and service history, and runs like a top. The store is incredibly clean and well decorated, and full of gorgeous BMWs. I will take my BMW to CG for any future repairs, and I would recommend CG to anyone I care about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t take your BMW to other shops that say they will do it for half the price. You will go into the loophole of fixing your car month after month. I don’t let anyone work on my cars only my private mechanic. (but CG was amazing to me.) I was in BC and my pulley belt started having problems, these guys took me in quick fixed my original problem that I mentioned and, also repaired another problem I told them about. (within 3-4 days my car was fixed and ready to be picked up)… I usually don’t write reviews but I’m writing this one almost after 2 months from the date i visited CG. Great work & reputable shop.10/10 ?
