The team at Certn were incredibly knowledgeable about the rental industry and having seen the product from a management standpoint and a renter standpoint it is a great tool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge scam.. read the fine print on your agreement.. if they can't produce the results on your record check there IS NO refund. you're better off going to the police station and do it there because that's where you will end up going anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam as others have said if you don't have the EXACT info it will turn up with no results and they won't give you your money back. How are you supposed to remember exact details from 20 years ago right down to the day ????
What a waste of time and money and after I inquired it took them days to get back to me when I found out I could go to my local police detachment and it was $40 dollars and took 10 minutes and had everything I needed with less info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero cancellation policy. i contacted them within minutes of making my request well before getting any results as they did not cover off what i required and they advised me as soon as the order is placed there's nothing they can do. just go in to the local police and get your checks done. the ease of access is not worth it
