★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from them unless you can actually attend the auction and inspect the item. I bought some car accessories that had photos that were strategically taken to make sure all of the damage that was on them was not shown in photos. Items looked great in photo back side of item has damage and no chrome left and rusted right through. I ended up paying $200.00 for the items that will go straight to the scrap metal bin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 8th/2021 I purchased fitness equipment from this company, unfortunately they do not disclose if anything is wrong with the item. I purchased 3 pieces of exercise equipment, when I got there one of the machines was not working, I tried several times to call the management (peter) with no luck, I talked to the girl working several times about this issue (Darlene) and she assured me Peter would make it right with me, so I purchased all three machines and figured Ill deal with management on Monday, I drove back 4 hours and called Peter on Monday and got no resolution to this, I wrote letters,e mails, and made phone calls to the office in Calgary to Anthony Alberda, (this started in mid July) and today (September 7th) they told me there is nothing they can do about my situation. Long story short this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and Ill make sure people get a warning about buying or selling with these crooks! If you purchase something from them beware because the customer support is awful and they wont make it right for you, very shady company and I hope to take this to court.

I dropped a few items for auction last November (2020). Never received payment for them. I was told by the manager they were searching everywhere and couldn't find the items. After 10 months and numerous phone calls to the manager, I was offered a couple $5 dollar Tim Horton gift certificates !!!! Real classy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used the auction on line site a dozen times over the past 3 years selling & buying over 1000 items, I find their policies and procedures the best in the business. The online customers are higher in numbers than I expected. Brad is very easy to deal with and always pulls through with a great sale.
