★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une dame était très en retard, j'ai pus passer d'avance, ce qui fesait bien mon affaire. Ils ont fait la paperasse rapidement, accueillis avec un sourire et mon hygiéniste dentaire était bien sympatique :)
 A lady was very late, I was able to pass in advance, which was fine for me. They did the paperwork quickly, greeted with a smile and my dental hygienist was very nice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est tellement compliqué de régler un problème de dent dans cette clinique! 1- On prend rendez-vous avez la dentiste 2- Radiographies 3- On me demande de prendre un autre rendez-vous afin de discuter de toutes les possibilités pour remplacer la dent 4- Reprise de rendez-vous avec la dentiste pour exécution du travail???
Ridicule. Je dois travailler pour payer ces services.
It's so complicated to deal with a tooth problem in this clinic! 1- We make an appointment with the dentist 2- X-rays 3- I am asked to make another appointment to discuss all the possibilities to replace the tooth 4- Resumption of appointment with the dentist to carry out the work ???
Ridiculous. I have to work to pay for these services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma conjointe y était allée pour un examen. On a essayé de lui vendre des broches, pour ensuite lui trouver énormément de caries. On lui a enfin suggéré de réparer les dents cariées avant de faire le nettoyage. Étrangement, lorsqu'elle a visité un autre dentiste, elle n'avait plus de caries et on lui a expliqué que nous ne pouvons pas réparer des dents avant d'avoir fait un nettoyage. Bref, à éviter!
My wife had gone there for an exam. We tried to sell him braces, only to find him a lot of cavities. Finally, she was suggested to repair the decayed teeth before cleaning. Strangely, when she visited another dentist, she had no more cavities and it was explained to her that we cannot repair teeth until we have cleaned them. In short, to avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service! Que de bonnes expériences à travers la dizaine de rendez-vous que j'ai eus avec eux. Équipe très sympathique, toujours à l'écoute: ils prennent le temps de bien expliquer les options pour pouvoir faire un choix éclairé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile d'accès, aucun stationnement gratuit et aucun remboursement de stationnement.
L'hygiéniste a quitté la salle d'examen à 2 reprises pour prendre les radiographies d'un autre patient, donc 30 minutes environ couché dans la chaise d'examen à attendre qu'elle revienne.
Ensuite, la dentiste vient faire son examen qui dure environ 5 minutes pendant lequel elle "trouve" 9 caries (!) nécessitant un plombage alors que l'hygiéniste venait de me dire que tout avait l'air beau sur les radiographies et pendant son nettoyage, le tout pour un bel estimé d'environ 5 000 $.
Après contre-vérification chez un autre dentiste, aucune carie ne nécessite de plombage.
Finalement, on émet une facture avec aucune description des services fournis causant une multitude de problèmes au niveau des réclamations d'assurances.
Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit à mon pire ennemi.

The hygienist left the examination room 2 times to take x-rays of another patient, so about 30 minutes lying in the examination chair waiting for her to come back.
Then, the dentist comes to make his examination which lasts approximately 5 minutes during which it "finds" 9 caries (!) Requiring a filling while the hygienist had just told me that everything looked beautiful on the x-rays and during its cleaning , all for a nice estimate of about $ 5,000.
After cross-checking at another dentist, no decay requires sealing.
Finally, we issue an invoice with no description of the services provided causing a multitude of problems with insurance claims.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gare à ceux qui ont un horaire chargé, leur fonctionnement de prise de rendez-vous est peu fiable. Par expérience, ils ont déplacé mon rendez-vous de deux mois sans raison valable sans tenir compte de l’horaire du patient. Bref, si vous chercher une clinique plus de type familiale/qui priorise le contact humain, ce n’est peut-être pas le bon endroit. Il s’agit davantage d’une clinique commerciale.
Beware of those who have a busy schedule, their appointment scheduling operation is unreliable. From experience, they moved my appointment two months for no good reason regardless of the patient's schedule. In short, if you are looking for a more family-type clinic / that prioritizes human contact, this might not be the right place. This is more of a commercial clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je déconseille à toute personnes d’aller à cette endroit .! Prix dérisoires ,de vrai voleurs cachés derrière une clinique .Des consultations à n’en plus finir,j’en passe. Un blanchiment dentaire à 500$ ?!! Vous rêvez ,3500$ pour un blanchiment dentaire ce sont des fou .Personnel mal qualifiés et non-optimal.
I advise against anyone going to this place.! Ridiculous prices, real thieves hidden behind a clinic. Endless consultations, I can go. Dental whitening for $ 500? !! You are dreaming, $ 3500 for tooth whitening is crazy. Poorly qualified and non-optimal staff.
