Je les ai contracté en mars pour notre quadruplex, ils nous ont chargé 350$ (50$ de plus pour répandre du sel sur mes 6 marches) chose que j'ai accepté lors du contrat, car nous ne vivions pas encore là et avions des locataires. Ils sont venus au total 2 fois et la 2e fois j'ai dû les appeler, car il n'y avait pas eu de déneigement. Ils m'ont informé qu'ils s'étaient "trompé" d'adresse. En plus, ils n'ont pas déneigé l'entrée de garage tel que convenu dans le contrat initial. Quand j'ai fais le suivi, ils m'ont dit que l'espace n'était pas assez suffisante pour passer la déneigeuse, car le voisin était stationné dans son entrée. Un appel de courtoisie pour nous en informer aurait été apprécié. Très dommage, car leur site web laisse croire que c'est une compagnie fiable. Plus jamais!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone and I will not do business with them again. I contracted them in March for our quadruplex, they charged us $ 350 ($ 50 more to spread salt on my 6 steps) something that I accepted during the contract, because we did not live there yet and had tenants. They came in total 2 times and the 2nd time I had to call them, because there had been no snow removal. They informed me that they had "wrong" address. In addition, they did not clear the garage entrance as agreed in the initial contract. When I followed up, they told me that there was not enough space to pass the snow plow, because the neighbor was parked in his entrance. A courtesy call to inform us would have been appreciated. Very unfortunate, because their website suggests that it is a reliable company. Never again!!!

They did an abysmal job for the entire year, and a fellow group member was threatened with contract cancellation when he called to complain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They don't actually clean snow. Travail vite fait et très mal exécuté , à éviter à tout prix. They charged me very fairly & the job was excecuted with knowlege care & artistic & practical talent. Im very happy . Wish i could show you the pictures.
